How to clean and wash these gloves?
I just washed them by hand in a mild soap and had them air dry. They feel a bit stiff but that is my fault. I should have used a leather conditioner on them once they were dry. They are great gloves and have saved by lower arms from many scratches.
Are these tough enough against Bougainvillea thorns?
I believe so as they are good on blackberry bushes
I have a lime tree with big long thorns. Are the gloves puncture resistant?
The long sleeves of these gloves are very helpful when I prune large bougainvillea plants, dwarf and palmetto palms as well as knockout roses. The glove are also protective when reaching into the bushes or carrying of the pruned branches in a bundle.
Will these be suitable for handling our cat to prevent scratches?
I’m pretty sure they would be! I’ve not been stuck by a rose thorn since using these! I really like them! Great idea for using with cats (animals)!!
